Design Work & Brand Identity Development Services
What’s Included:
Upon correspondence between Diodati Creative Solutions (Diodati) and the client, we will engage your selected service and provide a quote, estimate or proposal depending on the nature of the service or product. Upon the client receiving the quote, estimate, or proposal, we will continue liaising with the customer via email or telephone to meet their design specifications and ensure quality control and adherence to the given brief. Detailed notes and email chains will be maintained between Diodati (hello@diodati.uk) and the client to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction. Our pricing depends on the service the client selects, and Diodati Creative Solutions may request upfront deposits depending on the scale of the proposed works. Furthermore, all new clients are guaranteed a 10% discount on their first project with Diodati Creative Solutions.
What’s Not Included:
All correspondence must be via telephone and/or email. As we are a small operation, we cannot guarantee face-to-face meetings unless the client's circumstances deem otherwise. If you wish to arrange an in-person meeting, please contact us by telephone at 01202 030302 or email us at hello@diodati.uk
Revisions, Amendments & Proofs
What’s Included:
When a proposal, quote, or estimate is approved by the client, we will liaise with the client to create an initial design that meets the brief’s requirements before being sent to the client for their approval. Furthermore, we will include 3 additional revisions/proofs/amendments to the initial design at no extra cost.
What’s Not Included:
Further additional costs will be added after the 3-revision limit is extended. Every additional revision, proof, or amendment will incur a £10 charge on top of the approved quote price.
A complete re-design or change of brief will be considered a new booking with standard fees.
Delivery of Product
Delivery (Digital & Print):
Digital design files are available for the client to download the next day via a WeTransfer link. During busier times, this can extend to 7 days. For any queries, the client is encouraged to contact us at hello@diodati.uk
For print, small-format delivery may take up to 7-14 days during busy times, whereas large-format print work may take up to 14-30 days during busy times.
Storage:
All one-off digital design files are stored for 30 days. We cannot guarantee file availability after this period.
For repeat designs (e.g., flyers, menus), we will store the original creation file indefinitely unless the client states otherwise. This does not guarantee the storage of any unused revision files.
We reserve the right to use content for promotional purposes.
Payment
Clients
Once the customer has received the final product, they will be issued an invoice for the specific service directly from hello@diodati.uk. Payment for this invoice will be required within 14 days upon the completion of the works.
Late Payment Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
Late Payments:
Payment is due by the due date outlined on the invoice.
We reserve the statutory right to claim fixed compensation for late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on all overdue invoices.
A late payment fee will be formally applied and invoiced if payment remains overdue by 14 days. The fee is £40.00
Late payment fees are automatically applied to any active overdue invoices.
If full payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice issue date, we reserve the right to suspend future services and initiate legal proceedings to recover the balance, including any associated court and legal fees.
Refunds:
General Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to hello@diodati.uk within 14 days of the order being completed. Refunds are not issued after this deadline.
If part of an order is cancelled, the payment difference will be refunded. Approved refunds will be processed and credited via BACS within 3-5 working days.
Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to the day before work commences. Cancellations made during the design process will incur a £50 fee. Any future bookings will be considered new appointments.
Copyright
Diodati Creative Solutions (Diodati) retains all copyrights, intellectual property, and ownership of all content produced. Ownership rights are not transferred to the client.
Usage
Standard Usage License Terms:
The fee for our services includes a license that grants you specific usage rights.
While this license authorises you to use the content, it does not transfer ownership or copyright. Clients and third parties are prohibited from selling our content for profit or using it without written permission from Diodati Creative Solutions.
Unauthorised use by a third party will be considered a breach of copyright and intellectual property. We reserve the right to revoke any license at any time, without refund.
License - Third Parties:
Any commercial third party not included with the original order, wishing to use the content for commercial purposes, must purchase a separate, non-exclusive commercial license. The fee for this license is calculated based on usage.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Editing:
Clients may crop or resize images for marketing purposes only; for the best results, we encourage clients to inform the design studio of any resizes we may accommodate for their marketing requirements.
All other editing, enhancements, or alterations—including AI tools for object removal, change of copy or typography, colour correction —are prohibited without written approval from Diodati Creative Solutions. Images must be used as delivered to comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Diodati Creative Solutions does NOT utilise generative AI tools in the creation of designs, artwork or copy.
Breaches may result in immediate license revocation (Section 7), additional fees, and legal action.
Diodati Creative Solutions operates as a sole trader.
